Candle Safety and Disclaimers:
- Remove ALL decor from candles before lighting (all crystals, pendants, dried flowers)
- Trim cotton wicks to 1/4 inch and wooden wicks to 1/8 inch EACH TIME before lighting.
- On the first burn, keep your candle lit for at least 1 hour to ensure a fully melted wax pool.
- Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
- When there is 1/2 inch of wax left at the bottom, do not continue to burn your candle and dispose of it responsibly.
- Always burn candles within sight.
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects.
Our candles are regularly tested for safety and performance. However, it is very important never to burn a candle all the way down to the bottom of the vessel. Even though the vessels are heat tested, burning your candle all the way down can cause the vessel to crack.
Anything that has a flame is a fire hazard; therefore, customers must ensure they provide a safe environment. Creating a safe environment is the customer’s responsibility.
Additionally, you may notice discoloration or crystallization on your candle. This is a normal occurrence with soy and other natural waxes. Despite this, the candle will perform well. This shows that we make your candle with clean, natural wax!
Wax Melt Safety and Disclaimers:
- Place your wax warmer on a stable surface.
- Only use in a well-ventilated area.
- Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Never leave the wax warmer unattended while in use.
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects.
Our wax melts will perform well in electric warmers or flame warmers. It is important to note that anything that has a flame is a fire hazard. Therefore, customers must ensure they provide a safe environment. Creating a safe environment is the customer’s responsibility.
